As we learned previously the Format Picture dialog box could be opened from the Picture toolbar as well as by right clicking on the picture or clip art.

 

The Format Picture dialog box is where you can modify all aspects of a picture with one easy step. The difference between using the toolbar and the Format dialog box is that you can enter exact dimensions in the dialog, such as inches to remove when cropping, percentage of contrast, and brightness, and positioning of the picture on the page to the square inch.
