In some cases, a picture or clip art may need a little added touch; borders enhance pictures and clip art, helping them stand out from text or other objects. With borders, you can add a simple Line Border or choose a Graphic border from the Border Art tab, under Colour and Lines in the Format Picture Dialog Box.
