When adding an object to your
design gallery, you must save the publication containing the graphic. In
other words, the graphic will not be saved in the gallery if the
publication is deleted, even if it has been added to My Objects.
There are two ways to add an
object:
- From the Insert Menu:
When the element/graphic is highlighted; from the Insert menu select
add Selection to Design Gallery and any changes made to the graphic
will be saved in My Objects when the work is saved.
- From the Design Gallery:
Select the item from the publication, open the Design Gallery, and
go to My Objects. At the bottom of My Objects, select Options and
click add Selection to Design Gallery.
