The first step in grouping objects is to position and arrange them in the form of a single graphic. The next step is to group them.

 

The fastest way to select multiple items is by holding down the Ctrl or Shift key on your keyboard and then selecting each item. After all the objects have been selected, right click to view the object’s options and select Group.
