SECTION 2
Lesson 2.1: Working With Grouped Objects

   

 

 

This lesson will start by grouping four objects, and then we will ungroup the objects in order to adjust the layering using the Order commands. This lesson finishes by regrouping the objects.

 

Begin by opening Lesson 2.1.

 

 

1.

Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard while selecting all four objects.

 

 

 

2.

Go to Arrange and select Group.

 

 

 

3.

At the bottom of the object, select the Ungroup icon.

 

 

 

4.

Click outside the publication.

 

 

5.

Select the Red square. From the Order button, click Send to Back.

 

 

 

6.

Select Green square and click Bring Forward from the Order menu.

 

 

 

 

7.

Select Yellow square, Send Backwards.

 

 

 

8.

Go to Arrange, Select Regroup
