Lesson 4.2: Creating Manual Mail Merges

   

 

 

From the Tools menu select Mail and Catalogue Merge, this will open all of the features contained in the Wizard. Select Create Address List, this will open the New Address List dialog box for you to enter new recipients, as you saw in the last lesson. By selecting New Entry you can enter in as many recipients as you like. Select Close when you are finished and save the list.
