To move a window hold down the left click mouse button on the title bar of the window and drag to the desired location. Then let go of the mouse button.

To resize a window, point at any corner or side of the window with your mouse arrow. When the arrow turns into a two-headed arrow, you can hold down the mouse button and drag the corner or side in or out to change the window’s size.
