This icon will open the Printers and Faxes window. In this area you can add, remove, or modify printers and fax devices. To add a printer, use the Add a Printer option in the preview pane on the left side of the window. To remove an installed printer, right click on the printer icon and select Delete. (You will notice that because of the features in this window, some of the menu bar options have changed.)
