This icon launches the Keyboard Properties window. This is where you can adjust your keyboard functions. The available tabs are Speed and Hardware. The Speed tab allows you to adjust Character repeat and Cursor blink rate options. The Hardware tab lists the currently installed keyboard and enables you to troubleshoot and view the properties of the selected device.
