1.

Open the Control Panel and then open the User Accounts category.

Select the User Accounts icon.

In the User Accounts window select the Pick a task option: Change the way users log on or off.

4.

Uncheck Use Welcome Screen.

5.

Hit the Apply options button.

6.

Close the User Accounts window.
