The last type of diagram in the Insert – Diagram box is the Target diagram. This is used to show stages that need to be taken to achieve an objective. Here’s an example:
Once you insert a target diagram into Word, here’s what you will see:
You can edit your diagram the same way we edited other diagrams: delete any object, click to add text, or resize it.
Let’s take a look at the diagram toolbar available:
You can see that it has all the same options of previous toolbars: insert a shape; move the shape forward, backward, or to the opposite location; change the layout of the diagram; change the style; change the diagram type; and changing text wrap settings.
