Lesson 4.1: Tracking Changes

   

 

We’ve probably all learned that every document is better when someone else edits it. But, it can be a real pain to print out copies for everyone and then try to decipher their handwriting later on, especially if multiple people need to read over it.

 

That’s where Word’s Track Changes tool can come in handy. You can send copies of your document to many people. Then, each can add their own changes, and then you can go through those changes and decide which ones you want to keep.
