Lesson 1.1: Creating Forms

   

 

First, let’s take a look at using the forms toolbar. Remember that you can open this toolbar by clicking the View menu, choosing Toolbars, and clicking Forms.

 

 

This toolbar contains all the commands you will need for creating a form.

 

Inserts a text form field.

Inserts a check box form field.

Inserts a drop-down form field.

Opens the options for the selected form field.

Changes your cursor to a pencil so you can draw a table.

Allows you to insert a table.

Insert a frame.

Toggle form field shading on or off.

Resets form fields.

Protects the form from editing.
