choose Macro, and
click Macros.

In the Macros dialog, click
Organize.

Close File in the
templates section.

browse to the Exercise
Files folder.
Open
Macro Template.dot.

In the Customize dialog box, click

Scroll to the bottom of the Categories list
and click Macros.
In the Macros list, choose
Macro1.

Press new shortcut key

F12 at the same
time.
Click the
Assign button.
Click
Close.
