Lesson 2.2: Managing Web Pages

   

 

 

Once you’re done creating your Web page, you’ll want to see what it will look like on the Internet before you publish it. After all, the Internet displays pages very differently than your printer would.

 

To preview your page, you can be in any view (Web Layout, Print Layout, etc). Then, click the File menu and click Web Page Preview. Word will then open your document in your default Web browser, like this:

 

 

Once you’re done previewing your Web page, just close the browser and return to your Word screen.
